⇀ Description

Duke is the perfect example of a pure bred Beagle - glossy short fur, a good form, and excellent colours.  It isn't surprising how almost perfect of a show dog Duke could be, considering both of his parents were show dogs as well.  Duke is a large Beagle, dwarfing some of the smaller examples of his breed, and has a thick sturdy body and strong legs.  There are no immediately apparent blemishes in his coat or form, even if he hasn't actually competed in any shows.

Duke is your average Beagle when it comes to markings.  His coat is tricolour, and although he appears mostly brown, his base coat is actually white.  Brown and black spots coat his back and head, while his muzzel, undercoat, most of his legs, and tail remain white.  This dog's eyes are brown, while his paw pads are black.  His nose is also black, but heavy scarring has left the middle of his nose pink and grey.

This Beagle's only accessory is his collar, which is a camo green.  Attached to it are both his name tag and the tags confirming he has had all his proper shots.  The collar's worn and seen better days, but Duke keeps it even if he doesn't end up joining the Earthborne and their quest to get back home.  As much as he's conflicted about returning or staying on Adlek, he still does love his human family.
