After surviving the volcano Wesker went off and made some kids because why not? The first of these that survived was Octavia. She’s….a nice girl. She’s friendly and optimistic and Albert and Alex have no idea how the fuck that happened. She’s also perfectly bonded with the T-virus and has the potential for Ouroboros but chooses not to manifest it. Her younger brother William can be a walking hentai joke if he wants but it’s not for her.
Predictably, she happens to be around when Kyle Redfield gets stranded on their island and she becomes smitten by him and invites him home.
