To say that it took Ken a long, long time to realise there was actual romantic potential between him and Erin, he is now smitten. Erin is like.. the perfect husband material. He was voluntarily Ken's carer after his narcolepsy diagnosis. They share a LOT of interests. So much so that Ken himself is shocked that he didn't fall in love with Erin faster. But that's okay. They have the rest of their lives to makeup for that lost time.
Erin has been in love with Ken from the moment he laid eyes on him. However Erin never really followed up on those feelings until much later. He was often the one to pick up the pieces from another one of Ken's unsuccessful relationships, even volunteering to care for him when he had his diagnosis. When he eventually confessed his feelings for Ken, he has been a devoted partner, cooking for him and always spoiling him with thoughtful gifts and gestures.
Where do you start... They were in love! They were engaged. It was going great, wasn't it? Then it wasn't. Ken isn't sure what happened, really. Even now he's over it. It took a lot of working through stress and garbage and baggage, but they're good friends now. And there is no lingering "romantic feelings". There was heartbreak, but that's in the past now. Now they're just good friends. After everything that happened between Leon and Isaac, Ken and Erin practically became his parents, taking care of him. That really helped fix their relationship.
Oh boy, things are certainly rocky between these two. When Leon developed cancer, he was pretty sure he was going to die, and in a way, his only coping mechanism was to push Ken away. They eventually broke up because of this, and they fell out when Leon was somewhat involved with Isaac. During this time Leon regretted breaking up with Ken, they were engaged afterall. But he eventually came to terms with his decision, believing it was the right thing to do. Especially since Erin, his older brother, and Ken make such a happy couple.
Ken sees Riley as less of a cousin and more of a younger brother. Since he's the younger brother of him and his sibling Ken, he quite likes being the "mature" older one for once. He can be a little overbearing, though and tries to give a lot of "advice", but at the core of it he really is always there for Riley.
Riley thinks of Ken as the older brother he wished he had. Though he does sometimes think Ken can be a little.... Dramatic? Both with his problems and wih advising Riley. Either way, they are still very close.
It's...complicated. They were close as children... Then Vinnie attempted to kill him and Ken is... not over it. He still kind of loves his older brother, but... they struggle to have a civil conversation to put it politely. He's not bitter... No, no that's a lie that's exactly what he is.
VInnie loves his younger brother with all of his being, however a few stressful situations lead to him making some big mistakes. Which, he instantly regretted. He kind of takes out his frustrations on himself and Ken just not willing to listen out on him. It just kind of hurts to talk to him, but they eventually figure it out,
"...............................you know maybe i'm the idiot here but i still care about you despite....well. you being like that"
"Ken sucks."
