Kian

A friendly, charming prince. He appears collected and optimistic, but in reality, he's quite emotional and pessimistic, though he tries to keep it all to himself. He can get flustered easily, and sometimes acts a bit childish (perhaps because he is a prince). He hates loneliness, but also fears emotional attachment... He has very little confidence in himself and is quite insecure about the decisions he makes. He's serious about his work and he pressure of his responsibilities get under his skin often.

Itsuki and Kian were friends since they were young, but because of their age difference, Itsuki was not first assigned as Kian's knight. After an incident with Kian's previous knight, Itsuki is re-assigned to protect him. Eventually Itsuki ends up telling Kian how he feels, and although it's forbidden, they end up in a secret relationship.

He knows basic self defense, but also dabbles in fencing as a hobby.

Often plagued with nightmares, and by effect, insomnia. He also tends to forget to take care of himself when he gets stressed, which leads him to get sick.

Has a scar on his neck near his collarbone, and a larger one near his ribs.
