Technetium

Being one of the elements that create the worlds, Technetium have seldom chances to interact with others due to their instability.
They are the oldest one that don’t have any stable isotope, respected by younger radioactive elements.

Appearance

Technetium under standard conditions are a relatively inert, radioactive solid with low toxicity.
Their humanoid avatars have shiny silvery-gray hair, they will have their forehead revealed, hair on both sides of their cheek.
They have half-closed blue eyes, smileless face, yellow tattoos on each arms and forehead instead of eyebrows.
Carbon make them a body made of shielding materials with technetium core.
Technetium are able to grow black horns on both side of their head top.

Outfits
Technetium’s outfits are with imagery of bones, bondage gears, artificialness, in futuristic minimalism style.
Their top has white frills resemble to ribs, metal chain similar to spine with syringe on its endpoint, covered with a yellow detachable collar. The bottomwear are pelvis-shaped shorts, inner legwear that is a combination of G-string, chaparreras and stirrup socks with black heels, and They wear a pair of forefoot platform shoes.
There are accessories like red thyroid choker, black belts, and various of restraint devices such as monoglove, horn covers, and a legcuff resembling a MRI scanner that metal chain on their top can attach to it.

Notes
Technetium are the collective of corresponding element's atoms, they are kind of entity without designated gender or physical appearance.
Being a solid element under normal condition, attempts of cutting off their limbs or hurting them will break their body into parts. They needs to use specific way to repair their body.
Technetium always look frailer than other elements.

Personality

As an element seldom make public appearance, Technetium are rather a mysterious, terrifying, radioactive being to people.
When they show up, they sit still like a lifeless puppet, remain silent with blank expression. Even they can reply to people talk to them, it take a long period for Technetium to form a respond.
