Kaleo makes chiptune remixes at home and works the sound system at a club in the Ultraviolet Underground. Always exhausted because he never gives himself enough time to sleep between work, music, and gaming. His resting bitch face and the bags under his eyes might make him seem grumpy or intimidating, but he is actually a very friendly guy, and likes to goof around (as long as he's had some caffeine). Kaleo would love to make his music professionally, but it can be a hard industry to get into.
In between jobs and gaming, Kaleo took up tinkering with technology and some technomancy. One of his early attempts resulted in an incident that lost his his left paw, as well as his brother's left arm. He worked diligently to create a well functioning prosthetic for himself and his brother, and continues to make additional prosthetics for his brother's photo shoots. Kaleo's cybernetics allow him some extra precision and timing while doing live remixes, and he often takes advantage of that while gaming as well (much to other players dismay).

Makani is a model in the Ultra Violet Underground. The two are close and love each other greatly, despite how frequently they tease and argue with each other.
He's good friends with his cousin and they go to shows together whenever he's in town. Nico often encourages Kaleo to put himself out there more with his music. He is unfortunately also blissfully unaware of what a terrible and messy houseguest he can be and overstays his welcome whenever he crashes at Kal's place for shows.
Yuri is a bodyguard at the club where Kaleo works setting up the sound equipment for shows. They got to know each other from work, and Kal helps to keep Yuri's prosthetics maintained as well as occassionally providing upgrades when he's allowed to tinker. A quiet fondness grew between the two as they worked together.
