A medical kit darkner that resides in TV World, helping perform first aid, repairs, and upkeep on the residents there. They keep themselves busy with how hectic things can get, sometimes coming across as anxious, clumsy, and overly-protective of their patients; however, they always want what's best for those around them first and foremost. Cotton's become particularly fretful over Tenna over time, always wanting to make sure they can patch him up after outbursts or help shake the dust off of his internal components to keep his body at a manageable temperature. Since they only are one set of hands, however, they taught the Mikes basic first aid until they can provide more hands-on repairs if the situation calls for it. 

Over time, they've caught feelings for Tenna, finding themselves ever charmed by his jokes and enjoying his games. More than anything, they want to help him find a way to have a more comfortable life where he doesn't have to strain himself to be noticed. They think relaxation time would be good for him, almost unaware of how much they could benefit from that as well.

When not working, Cotton loves baking treats, and he enjoys socializing with the crew over coffee. They also enjoy watching Darkners Live concerts and take a guilty pleasure in corny informercials.

Physically, Cotton stands around roughly half of Tenna's default height. Their body feels soft, almost like a weighted plush, and their hugs are said to feel wonderful because of this. Cotton's jacket serves as a hammer space of sorts for storing medical tools, allowing them to carry all of their tools on-hand without need for a bag.
