 General Rules

♡ Would appreciate credit somewhere if outside of toyhouse at least once, as I'd LOVE to see what you do! ;w;
♡ Please let me know if you want to change the character into a closed species
♡ Violators will be added to my blacklist without any warnings. Either temporary or permanently.
♡ One Toyhouse profile for one design.
♡ Co-Owning is not allowed with my designs
♡ Commercial use is not automatically given, you must ask & pay for it.
♡ You may redesign characters yourself, but original design & art must be unaltered and not deleted. You can change gender, race, slight color change, slight adjustments, etc
♡ You may edit a reference sheet as long as you stated that you EDITED IT!
♡ Deleting my art is violation to my work and you will be blacklisted
♡ It is my right to make designs with similar aesthetics & elements that I have made with other designs of my own.

My designs & art are not to be used for AI Art nor NFTS. You will be reported if you use AI to re-create my designs or art

1. If a character is deleted, you will be blacklisted. If a design gets deleted by a user, I have a right to potentially resell it after a discussion. Deleting a character & all of its art (without discussing with me first) means a lot of worth is gone. I now have a right to contact the blacklisted user about it. 
2. You MUST let me know if the character is deleted off toyhouse and stored somewhere else.
3. I will not ever sell a design that has been sold to someone else.  I will never "RECLAIM" a design that was sold. I don't DO anything without communication first. 
4. I'm only harsh on this rule due to my own friends deleting characters AND I have a hard time keeping track of things. Please try and understand losing my work is painful & that I don't wish to accidentally re-sell an OC!

Selling

♡ You can sell for same price or lower, only can sell for more when you have at least 3 more pieces of art. You may sell after TWO WEEKS of owning the character.
♡ If i give you a custom for free, it's starting price must be 25$! My art is worth something.

Trading

♡ Let me know if you need character permissions changed!
♡ You cannot sell gifted or traded designs that i designed UNLESS you speak to me first!
♡ Vouchers are allowed

►LET ME KNOW IF YOU PRIVATIZE MY DESIGNS IF POSSIBLE! It shows up as deleted! It's not required but it'd be greatly appreciated.

Violating these rules depending on severity will get you blacklisted. Blacklisted individuals will not be able to purchase or own my designs, designs that have been obtained by someone on the blacklist after the ban was put into place will be removed from their ownership and redistributed at discretion. Those who distribute designs to those on my blacklist will be banned.
