Len grew up in London England before moving to Toontown with her late parents. She was put up for adoption at the age of 5 and was adopted by Juliana And Alexander. She bonded with their son, Gulliver Tomcat. They shared everything together. Their stories, Their lunch, even their beds. They were inseperable. So much so that they had the same classes in highschool and grew up to be TTPD officers. Len went off to be a detective while Gulliver went to be a deputy. While being apart was saddining they knew it was for the greater good. Len was one of the greatest detectives there. Picking up on things that others wouldn't of.

Her bubbly personality and her willingness to aid others is what people love about her. She never stays away from a fight and is sometimes rebelious to the law she protects to keep people safe. She belives that fighting crime is something to be proud of.
