原型是冠蓝鸦，非常聪明喜欢抢别人东西吃，经常在冬天出现，被黑猫痛揍,和主线故事几乎没有什么关系.
因为太过柔弱，在早期经常被同为制裁者的Miaque相救，对她产生了好感并且知道她是女性。Miaque有时也会主动承担他的任务，据说是嫌弃他动作太慢。
Since he is too delicate, Miaque would always rescue him from danger. Cyano then got a feeling toward Miaque and recognized that Miaque is a female. Miaque sometimes would accept his missions proactively, claiming just hating him for being too slow and weak.
His prototype is blue jay. Very smart and like to take away people's food. Often appear in winter and get beaten by black cat. Seems irrelevant to the main plot.
