• Leaping Lilypads: Creates multiple floating lilypads that either serve as stepping stones, or for those who are more adventurous, can be used as bounce pads to launch themselves higher. The lilypads can also grow in size to cushion the fall of others.
• Flying Petals: Creates lotus petals which can be used as throwing daggers. 
• Rejuvenating Blossom: A lotus flower appears around a selected individual and closes the petals in around them, sealing them inside. Those who are sealed would fall into a light sleep, where the longer they stayed the more their health and sugar magic would recover.

Connections:

Matilda: One of the many Sweeticals who they met and cared for in the orphanage. A kind butterfly Sweetical who for some reason never managed to get adopted but instead decided to live her own life when she mentally grew up. She's closer with Evangeline due to her caring nature.

Dominic: One of the many Sweeticals who they met and cared for in the orphanage. He's a Cookies n' Cream ice cream Sweetical who gained mutations and some behaviors of a Dalmatian, as well as trouble hearing and was abandoned as a result. Feeling sorry for him, the twins worked hard to take care of him, teaching him how to speak and develop proper behavior. Eventually he was adopted but he still comes back every now and then to visit the others in the orphanage.

Backstory:

Evangeline and Frederick Hopper are Sweeticals who were created from Lilypad cookies. The two lived a peaceful life with their family until a sudden Fallen Attack in their village which took the lives of most Sweeticals, including their creators. For a while when they waited for rescue, the twins only had one another for support, and since they had low Sugar Magic back then, they were unable to perform well enough spells to make foods or to attract attention. After waiting for many days, the twins were eventually found and along with other child Sweeticals who had survived the attack were taken away from the village, where they were taken to an orphanage to be taken care of.

Life in the orphanage was not easy, especially with so many children around under the same roof at the same time, but the Sweeticals and Minicals working there were determined to give them the best care they could. Due to the twins being different sexes, Evangeline and Frederick were often separated but they would always find time to meet up with one another. It was not the best life, but the twins were grateful for what they were given, and were thankful for those who cared for them. They would also volunteer around the orphanage, helping those who worked there with daily tasks such as cleaning the gardens or hanging up the washing. Evangeline was a bit more diligent in her duties while Frederick well...he took breaks way more seriously and would find time to sleep whenever he could, but nonetheless he put as much effort into his work as his sister did.

Sadly Evangeline and Frederick were never adopted, as since those who were interested only wanted one child, but not the other and when they realized they were twins they backed out of adopting. The twins grew up and when they were of age, they decided to join the local Sweetical Army force, one that had no alignment preference and allowed all Sweeticals to enter. Upon joining, it was realized their powers were more focused on defense and healing, and they were placed in camps rather than on the battlefield proper. They would be trained basic medical skills, healing those who were injured during combat and providing rest for those who needed it. They would still be taught offensive skills, but the focus was mainly on defense. During that time, there was a Sweetical Blacksmith in camp who offered to upgrade or even change their Sweeticalwares, and the twins took the offer on the latter, swapping their original Spoon-Staff into a Cakepan Shield, which can also be handy during the occassional combat.

Although Evangeline and Frederick enjoyed the life in the army, they felt like it wasn't their ultimate calling so when their service period was over they both left. Whilst thinking what they should do next, Evangeline casually recalled the time they had in the orphanage where people cared for them, and that it felt nice that they were able to do similar things in the army. With this in mind, wanting to pass the goodwill on, the twins now work at an orphanage located in Touchlight City in Patissia. The orphanage mostly housed Sweeticals, most of which are Pint-sized with younger, childlike appearances and at times, demeanor which made them harder to be adopted. In fact, some of the orphans may age mentally and leave the orphanage on their own instead of waiting for a family, but there were also others who might stay for a very long time, which was rather common considering how long Sweeticals could live. Moreover, even though the prejudice in Patissia was not as serious as in other continents like Decoratea, Fallen Sweeticals were less likely to be adopted even though their alignment played little to no impact on their actions. Evangeline and Frederick were determined to give the children there the best life they could have, catering to their every needs and engaging in games with them. The children in return loved the two, particularly some of them loved using the floating lilypad 'steps' from their Leaping Lilypads moveset. And although the twins knew not everyone could be adopted, they would nonetheless be happy when someone was adopted. Some of the children they had taken care of included Matilda Fleur, a Butterfly Cookie Sweetical who moved out on her own; and Dominic Clark, a Cookies n' Cream Ice Cream doglike Sweetical who eventually managed to find loving parents.

Sure life has never been easy, but to Evangeline and Frederick as long as they had each other and enjoyed what they did, that was more than enough to both of them.

Trivia:

- Evangeline and Frederick are Sweeticals, which is a Closed Species by ScarletDestiney. You are NOT allowed to make one without permission.

- Evangeline's name was chosen since...well, lilypads and there happened to be someone called Evangeline Lily LOL. Frederick's name was chosen since lilypads are often associated with frogs, kinda wanna get a name starting with F to show that. Hopper is again, based on frogs.

- Originally they were created with a Spoon Sweeticalware, but they changed it to a Cakepan Shield to suit their needs and jobs. This is based on the fact that out-of-universe, the twins were created with a Spoon Sweeticalware by the designer, but I changed it to a Shield with the designer's permission.

- Frederick's eyes were drawn to be half-closed by the designer, which inspired me to make him a bit sleepy in personality.

- Often uses the Net Sub-weapon in tandem when the children are playing with the 'steps' made from Leaping Lilypads, just in case they fall without warning.
