Ingress's Ownership

You are free to include the cost of my artwork PAID/COMMISSIONED BY YOU when reselling my designs or designs including my art. 

Do not include giftart or trades from me as a way to bump the price of your character. The only exception to this is if I draw you something and say you can add it to the price to help you out selling something.

All reposted artwork must include a link back to my deviantart, furaffinity or other place of posting as proper credit.

My toyhouse page can also be creditted for designs and artwork reuploads. Toussaint.

As with designs, my artwork is not to be sold for commercial use or reproduction. This includes cosplays, reselling with the intention to create a premade fursuit with the design, charms, pins, buttons, and other hand-made crafts with the likeness of the character or illustration you obtained from me. 

Except where stated by me, these Terms of Service include, but are not limited to: any and all original musical scores, original writing, original illustrations, original premade character designs, original hand-made crafts, etc.      

You are not under any circumstances licensed to resell pieces or rights to pieces of my artwork (example; you purchase a character that has 2 character art; for whatever reason the other character is indistinguishable; you may not resell the right to somebody else to claim to be that character. this also includes getting another artist to edit out the 2nd character as that violates my rule on editing my art. if you want the same picture with a different character, pay somebody else to redraw it). Anybody found to be doing such will be permanently blacklisted. 

Buying/Your rights:

- You have the right to post the design to your galleries as long as you credit me properly.
Don't claim credit for the art or the design.

- You may not use my art to sell commercially, as outlined above.

- If you want to use a character you bought from me for commercial purposes you will need to contact me for legal purposes so we can work that out. This requires signing a legal document of agreement with me (a contract) using your real information (name, etc), so please be comfortable agreeing to this if you want to do this. 

- Do not directly edit my artwork. All edits are to be hand drawn on a new image by you or commissioned from another artist.

Reselling/Auctioning

- You may resell designs that you purchase (in part or completely) from me. Do not resell for more than you paid unless the design is accompanied by additional paid pieces.

- If you recieved your design in a trade or paid only partly money, please do not resell for pure cash.

- I do allow my designs to be vouchered if you recieved them in a trade/as a gift. As long as you are not recieving money or any form of note/bond/etc that can be redeemed for currency in any country, you are free to offer them as vouchers.

- Do not auction designs you buy from me.

- IF you are having dire circumstances, I will make exceptions. Note me and I will do my best to be understanding.


Breeding designs/ making children with my designs

- I really don't care about this. If you want to give your characters children with one of my designs you got from me, honestly I don't mind.

- HOWEVER -- If you create very similar offspring or twins of my designs you cannot resell them as unique characters. I consider this reproduction of my work for profit.

Editing designs made by me  

- You are free to edit any and all designs you buy from me. The only thing you are not allowed to do is directly edit my artwork.
- All changes to characters designs must be made in new, original art, created or commissioned by you.  
- You can change species, sex, gender, orientation -- Whatever makes the character a better fit by you. I do not hold animosity toward people that change designs after I sell them, so please make yourself comfortable with your character!

 Holds

- Do not claim a design or commission slot and purposefully ignore me in order to get an "unauthorized hold". All claims have a 12 hour time limit.

- Generally speaking unless you are a very good friend, I do not allow holds on my designs.
