Belphie was always quiet and shy. He was never really too interested in socialization, finding himself quite bad at it. The only thing he found himself good at was academics due to his quick thinking and near-photographic memory, so he often spent his time reading.
All Belphie really has the energy to do is read and sleep, and is even too bored and tired to connect with his own emotions at times, putting them on the backburner. He usually comes off as a level-headed and nonchalant type, but at times he acts callous and distant.
Despite his apparent apathy, he has a tendency to develop a catlike, silent affection for people he gets attached to. He'll usually show this by wanting to be around them in comfortable silence or by teasing them, but
he rarely admits it in words.
He also likes jewelry a lot! It's a stim thing for him as well as the fact that it makes him feel formal without the effort.
