Ripley is a young Propeller Bro, and one of the few in Koopa Town. He loves to travel the skies by flying, although he tends to get dizzy easily. He has no trouble with heights, and can go up into the clouds.
His boyfriend Neal is a Cloud Bro, and they both have picnics in the clouds at times. Even if they can be clumsy at times, they still care for each other.
Ripley is also an aspiring musician and just started playing music. Although, he isn’t very good at it, he’ll get better over time. His favorite instrument is the base, and practices in the music rooms at his college.
