CHARISMATIC - FLIRTATIOUS - MISCHIEVOUS - SELF-INDULGENT
Mr. Evans is gifted with charisma, and he uses that gift to tease and garner mischief along the train. It's relatively harmless, usually around making other drink more or to create some entertainment. He find pleasure in other people's embarassment, and loves to fluster others by flirting with them. Other will either find him alluring, or annoying. Despite his flirtatous nature, he is loyal to his boyfriend, Gideon Bell.
At time of report, not much else is known about Mr. Evans' personality. The report will be updated at a later date.
Mannerisms
Mr. Evans does not shy away from eye contact, or physical contact. It seems the thrives under attention. He often will wear a smirk on his face, or wink when he makes eye contact with someone.
Speech
Mr. Evans speaks with a clear vocal tone, but underneath it is gentle teasing, compliments, and innuendos.
Ability
Mr. Evans' ability is called "Relative Nonexistence" but is also referred to as "imperceptibility". As a result of Neucane, Mr. Evans gained the ability to be completely undetectable and imperceptable when his ability is active. He cannot be percieved by humans, technology, or spiritual powers. In extreme cases, he can extend part of his ability to another person.
Just like his younger brother, Xander Evans, he cannot use his ability for a long period of time. Side effects of long term use are as follows: pain and numbness in legs, chest pain, adjitation, uncontrollable shaking in limbs, and loss of consciousness.
FORM OC-105C: History known of individual.
Origin
Mr. Evans was born in a loving family of four, including his mother, father, and younger brother. When he was 13, his parents had gifted him a camera for Christmas due to his love of photography. He would often take pictures of the things that he loved for found beauty in, including his family and environment. Unfrotunately, his father passed away when he was 16 and then he took on odd jobs to help his mother pay for family necessities.
Turning Point
One lucky day, he was out searching for his brother on top of enjoying a neighboring town's festival. He caught a glimpse of someone who looked like his brother, so he followed him until he could get a change to talk to him. It was at this point that he was reuinted with his younger brother. The heartfelt reunion didn't last long, as he had to tell his brother that their mother passed away. It was also during this time that he met Dr. Aerin Scott and was invited onto the train by them.
Presently
Currently, Mr. Evans is a passenger on the train. He can often times be found either in the bar car making mischief, talking to other passengers, teasing his brother and helping Prim behind behind the bar.
FORM OC-105D: Relationships known of individual.
Mr. Evans' younger brother. They both were close before Xander when missing, but they had begun to grow closer after Vincent arrived on the train. He still loves to tease Xander,
Gideon Bell is is Mr. Evans' "love of my life", even though to outsiders it might not look that way. Mr. Evans is extremely respectful of his partners boundaries. Currently, he has not made the connection that the victim in Gideon's past was his brother.
Mr. Evans and Prim have grown close, as both are excited to make mischief at the bar. Mr. Evans tends to help her make driniks on busy nights, or placate unruly customers.
Mr. Evans and Lucius are two of a kind. Both get along very well and have similiar personalities. Mr. Evans helps Lucius take pictures of his tailor or fashion work.
