Haha, just kidding; it's not an OC, it's my design for human Sissel! :D I wrote a fic in which the entire plot was "Sissel in human form but he still acts like a cat," so naturally I had to give it a design. The fic is currently in his library (as well as on FFN), and if anyone drew my art of him and Lynne being BFFs I think I'd die on the spot and someone would have to reverse time to save me from my death.
