Harvey is a lucky guy who often ends up taking his luck for granted, if anything because he doesn't even realize how simply fortunate he is. He's the type of guy to find an umbrella just before it rains, or pick up a nickle he'll later use to perfectly pay for something with exact change. It's the little things that often happen to Harvey, but he never seems to pick up on it. Periodically he'll have even greater streaks of luck, such as winning games of chance in rather impressive streaks. Harvey is happy with his life, as well as everything around him, and he's a really good-natured guy at heart. He's an optimist who prefers to look on the bright side of things, though not to the point where he's blatantly ignoring the bad things. The flowers in Harvey's fur are from his garden-- which is actually pretty impressive, considering Harvey's only a young adult and... well he's pretty broke on average. Harvey likes decorating his fur with flowers because he thinks they look and smell really pretty. Harvey uses gardening as his 'personal time' activity and it helps him a lot with recreation, if ever Harvey needs to really think something through he'll head back to his garden for a bit. Harvey has always wanted a greenhouse, and has a huge jar in his kitchen where he puts his 'savings'/miscellaneous change, in hopes one day he'll have enough if he's just... very patient. Harvey joking calls his garden the 'Garden of Eden' and it's really his pride and joy. He's a sweetheart who loves animals, but animals really don't seem to like him-- and despite his best efforts he usally ends up with several band-aids and bite/claw wounds.
