Yue

Born in a wealthy merchant family, Yue grew up rather spoiled. With her parents being rather indulging and supportive, Yue was able to grow in an environment that nourished her curiosity and encouraged her to go out freely. At times, Yue can be a bit pushy as she is used to getting her way; coming from a family with silver tongues, Yue can be rather charming and persuasive with her words. She often knows what to say and what not to say, remaining tactful as she mimics her father’s way of speaking.

Despite her pushiness, Yue still understands the boundaries and knows not to cross the line. Occasionally though, she can be rather mischievous as she is willing to dress as a boy to sneak out. Yue is easily bored which drives her to seek fun and entertainment outside her home. She also frequently plays small harmless pranks. Yue is rather adventurous as she enjoys looking for new things to do and exploring her surroundings. She is often very curious about different cultures and people. Yue is also a quick learner and has a very good memory-- anything she is interested in will practically be seared into her brain. Sometimes however, Yue can have tunnel vision and be single-minded in her interests and pursuits. Once she’s interested in something, she may single-mindedly focus on it until she’s done learning everything about it.

Despite her occasional mischievousness and needling, Yue comes off as rather good-natured and kind as she is always willing to lend a helping hand. She might enjoy teasing others, but she reacts to teasing with good humor. She often plays along with jokes and laughs; Yue doesn’t take herself too seriously.
