Elias is a solitary, self-reliant, fastidious, and borderline tsundere naga.
He's very particular about his appearance; filing his nails, applying lotion, using expensive shampoos, and keeping his scales clean and smooth regularly. He's not necessarily vain or self-conscious, mostly finding the routine relaxing and satisfying. Though he can be a bit of a neat-freak, he never takes it to the extreme.
