Ring Leader

Although Ring Leader, AKA Big Boss, (but never call him by his given name, Carroll) has agreed to come back to the Mewtwo Haven - he wasn't exactly in dire need of escaping. In fact, where he came from, they were happy to be rid of him. He had ruled a sort of Wild West-style universe for a long time and grown bored of it. He has moved on to bigger and better things now, as he calls it, and is looking to spread his influence further, now that he knows he can dimension hop. He is slowly biding his time, playing "good boy" for as long as it takes for him to gain the trust of others and secretly grow an army of suckers-- no, underlings-- erm, loyal supporters who will help him when he needs it. *wink, wink*

He does speak with a southern drawl and can often be seen chewing on a long piece of some sort of fauna or twirling his mustache. He is very particular about how he keeps himself, including his clothing. He methodically cleans everything, including shining his Tauros belt buckle and carefully ensuring the longevity of his leather pants and top.

When he fights, his guns actually shoot out tiny, concentrated psychic blasts. Not physical bullets, but depending on what they're damaging, it can sure give the appearance of them.
