The Horned God, Cernunnos

Cernunnos is much in tune with his name, a forest god who has long since withdrawn himself from the world of pain he had created years before. Cernunnos had been born in a underground trafficking ring known for breeding vicious hunters, and it was due or die the moment a dragonet could fend for themselves. Cernunnos, despite the oddities of his scales, had the luck of a pure lineage on his side- the stolen son of a noble in the Icewing Court. He was the more cynical of the group, preferred solitude where the others banded together in groups only to be ripped apart, and did his duty up until the point he could have turned upon his captors. They should have perhaps enchanted him as they had done the others, removed his frost breath, and perhaps they might have avoided the vicious state he had left them in. Years afterwards,Cernunnos had disappeared from the time as an assassin and instead took up a life living in the forests on the border of the Icewing kingdom. A guardian of knowledge he had gained over the years, a would be shaman hiding away to all but the most desperate of dragons.
