General TOS

• I only use PayPal
• Prices might change depending on taxes and fees!
• As it is established in the Price Sheet, I will not draw humanoids, insects, s*x scenes or guns/swords. The reason is that I don't feel comfortable and can't draw them very well.
• Your request won't be started until payment has been sent. Every request will go to my queue / to-do list, however it will stay tagged as 'on hold' until I receive the payment.
• My artwork/designs can't be resubmitted / reposted to other social media profiles! If you would like to share it, make sure to link the original post by my official profile!
• Never use my artwork in chat sites/games/etc (like Worlize, Chatlands, etc)!
• Do not steal/claim as yours, trace or copy my artwork and designs! It will lead you to my Black-List and you won't be able to commission me or get any kind of artwork/design from me. And this will come along with a report to the website's staff.
• I don't do payment plans!
• I can't hold commissions/designs/YCHs slots for more than 1 week!
• Please, wait until I say I will/can take your commission request until sending the payment! PayPal don't allow me to do refunds due to the TOS for non-international Brazilian accounts!
• You can either request commissions/customs via Note on DeviantArt, Discord, DM on Instagram or E-mail! Be sure to add a proper subject, so I know what it is about.
• I do not take art as payment, unless I am very clear about it! If I do not say I am taking art offers, do not offer it!
• Paying with character trades is accepted, however, I must give very clear instructions that I am taking trades as payment! The character's worth must be equivalent to the price of my commissions!
• Be respectful! Rude costumers won't even have the privilege to be replied!
• Please, don't rush me! Sometimes stuff happen and I can't work on art. I am a human too, so my mental and emotional health can get in the way! So, please understand! In case something do happen, I will most likely let you know!
• As soon as i have started working on your commission/custom, you will be messaged! WIPs will be sent, unless you don't request them. You will be messaged once I move forward in the creation process!

Designs / Customs TOS

• Do not resell for more than paid or received for, unless you have added more art to the character!
• Yes, you are free to gift/trade/sell the design/character. But proper credit must be added and my TOS must be sent to the new owner, please let me know who are you giving the design to.
• Do not re-submit any hand drawn reference+design unless you have permission.
• Credit should always be given for the character design, whenever you draw or get art of them
• Don't claim as yours/steal or copy my designs
• No major edits on the design without permission.
• Names or traits of the character purchased can be changed. They aren't necessarily their real name and traits. Of course, you can choose the name/gender/age/traits/etc of the custom/adopt.
• As for surprise adopts, please don't yell at me if you don't like anything on the design because it's a surprise design.
• Wait until my "ok" before sending the payment.
• You can add extra accessories after you're already owning the design.

• My commissions open with limited slots! Each commission your request count as 1 slot. So basically: x2 headshot commissions = 2 slots. If only 5 slots open, there would only be 3 slots left.
• Some commissions will take longer for me to finish, so don't rush me!
• Rude people will be ignored, so keep that in mind if you really want to commission me. I do not deserve to be treated badly, specially when i didn't't do anything. Also, I am not obligated to deal with your bad manners or bad moods.
• Customs will open depending on my inspiration to design characters. Please always give me a moodboard/theme or color palette, so I can inspire myself to work on the design.
• Do not publish/post/share my artwork without my permission! It can be your character, but it is still my art.
• Do not claim as yours, steal or copy my artwork and designs! You will be blocked forever.
