Nines is a Vido, a quadrupedal dragonlike creature with a long, seemingly boneless tail. Nines is very, very small for a Vido - his growth was stunted by his surroundings when he emerged from his Relic. He has lived most of his life the size of a large cat, and is surprisingly agile despite that.

Nines is actually very snarky, contrasting his soft and adorable appearance. He loves to antagonize his friend and purger, although knows when he's crossed a line - or is getting close to. He's actually very sweet if calm enough, although since he's small enough he has a constant fear of anything bigger than him.
