Kipper

Kipper was born a normal pup but this happened and that happened (according to her) and she became cursed by a "total werido" and now shes pretty kooky herself, she's a sprite now because of the curse. Her magick is hard to understand and she seemed to have no interest in explaining if she even knows. She can transform and modify things. On living creatures its never permanent (so far) 

She's hard to follow and can be sporadic in her moments and actions.
