Personality

Avoidant; A default sourface, though he's partial to company when he seeks it out himself. The persistent scowl or mocking grin is more to keep others at a distance and to evade upfront attempts of interaction, be it antagonistic or a friendly greeting. He actually tends to be a tad overly attached when he takes a liking to someone.

Intolerant; Hot-headed at times and quick to react defensively; doesn't stand well to condescension or lecturing. When things are obviously not to his favour, he'd sooner jet than endure.

This may be seen as cowardice or irresponsibility, but it's a die-hard habit of not wanting to stick around for trouble, in spite of his work post.
Otherwise kinda nice in his own way.

Skills/Weapons/Biotech Enhancement

Lithe, wiry- acrobatic with an excellent sense of balance; aided by prosthetic right ear. Hardly lands on anything other than his feet [... when he's not being barreled over by a mutt].
Prefers to use close and medium ranged weapons. Fond of claws for the tactility they provide and handling wires as an aid.
Uses clawed gauntlets** with thermal wire bracelets, which can amputate and cauterize if need be.
(**enhancer but not automail, just prefers to wear them most of the time due to weaker fingers.)

Prostheses

• Removable prosthetic eye functions much like normal with thermal/night vision, though its actual working performance may be a little worse for wear despite repairs with how often he takes the eye out to play with. Oops.
• Right Inner eye, socket and part of zygomatic bone & arch (beneath eye, leading to ear) is artificial and reconstructed.
• Prosthetic ear is also removable and is set more into the skull [does not protrude]. Improved hearing [especially on right side], input/volume adjustable.

Weakness

Thinking things through isn't particularly one of his fortes. Anything more techy than a handheld gun will leave him at the mercy of people with actual brains.
Depth perception and balance becomes noticeably skewed in the extended absence of his prostheses.
Hardly well-spoken; often unable to say what he'd like or understand others' nuances fully. [Most of his hemisphere issues have been remedied via the prosthetic enhancements, but he (willingly) remains of (some... key...) simpler vocabulary].

Miscellaneous

• select potty mouth.
• Likes to play with his false eye when bored; panics if he loses it and can't find it immediately. Does stupid stunts when he thinks no one's looking.
• Likes to play with string too.
• Wears a checkered bandanna as a memento. Has the fashion sense of a plebe but is neat and tidy and hates grime.
• Secretly enjoys being a 'big brother' and hanging out with kids now and then.
• Fond of elderly folks for a different reason than kids. He figures since they're about to die soon anyway, a little extra kindness in what's left of their lives wouldn't hurt.
• Harbours a mild fear of dogs and garden/fire sprinklers.
• Patched skin caused by scarring (face) and natural depigmentation (vitiligo).

Background

The year is 2163 and the world in which our ancestors once spoke of, is no more.(...)

Doesn't know much about himself besides having the streets and a few kind strangers as his prior guardians; Spent most of his years amusing his whims and stealing to get by, but a little painful mishap of treading turf early in his youth had him considering the value of another way of life - one where maybe he'd be less of a pest and more of a contribution.
