Centuries past the world became tired of fighting wars and battles. The best solution was to separate races and eliminate anything that made people unique. They even banned colors from the world and now everything is in gray tones. Legend has it, that every so often one is born to bring colors and unique back to the world. Paint Drake is that man. He is completely bored with the world and eager to change things.
I love PD, Just to share. I was watching a video on what not to do with characters. They said don't make anything overly dark or overly rainbows. I laugh because people seem to really like him. XD
People are always free to make whatever characters you feel like making. It's up to what you do with the character that makes them good or bad. I feel nothing is a bad design and PD would agree with me.
