*Rules about trading/selling [important, please read]
*uncompleted slots can be resold for price purchased, no more! *You cannot trade/voucher uncompleted slots. sorry! *You can only swap completed Lyzan myos for other Lyzans or Meredian species. *Do not change species without letting me know first * *Do not port design over to other CS without having permission from CS owner and myself. I do allow this! so don't be afraid to ask me *Do not sell MYO lyzans, no exceptions. No vouchers either! *You may trade MYOS, just be sure to comment on this journal and tag the new owner so I can update it. *Toyhou.se creation and transfer is preferred but not necessary. *Do not apply story content to your own headworlds. Lyzans can be used in other headworlds, just try not to adapt key elements into your story then act as if this is now your own content. *you are allowed to Rp them, just do not RP anyone else's lyzans without permission. *I prefer they stay with in setting guidelines, but due to me being unable to fully explain the setting, I am not strict on exactly story details you come up with for them as long as they live on the Sempertet or are in active travel on one of the exploration shuttles. The latter gives a lot of freedom (lots of planets, lot's of variety. Good for your own rag-tag crew of what ever) *You are fully allowed to have make non-canon AU content! just please be sure to state very clearly everywhere it is posted, this disclaimer! I really appreciate it

*Make sure new owners are sent here to review these rules. *Always credit me as the species owner with a link to my account soyu-k (I prefer to be tagged please!) If you have any questions about design alterations, please note me with your planned updates and I'll let you know if it still falls within species guidelines! I am pretty flexible with this aside from maybe requiring you to change what type of lyzan it is based off the attributes you change, but other then that as long as you avoid slapping on wings, horns or things Lyzans just don't have, just go ham.
Anyone who has acquired a Lyzan prior to my eventual Species sheet will not be locked into the rarity rules that will eventually come. I don't plan for these to be too restrictive, but I do eventually plan on enforcing Lyzan type rarity (sedians WILL be more rare, so get'em while their hot rn!) you are free to change your Lyzan to a Sedian at any time if you currently own one and before I post my rarity sheet, after the sheet is posted I will lock in all current lyzans in their current state and they will not be eligible for extreme rarity change after that.
No return or cancellation under any circumstances. Refunds are not issued and this is a character purchase or trade, no physical item is to be shipped. You will be provided a full .psd upon payment and Toyhou.se transfer. This TOS will also be attached to the invoice itself for transactions.
Characters cannot be sold for more than purchased for + sum of art of Character. My designs Must always be credited to me as the creator and edits to the design should not deviate from the species for the following- Meredians Lyzans, Rex, Thrish, which are (c) to myself.
*FOR ADOPTS OF MEREDIAN SPECIE, PLEASE READ (Lyzan, Rex, Thrish, etc) It is your responsibility to make sure when you order commissions of the character that the artist is aware they MUST* credit me as the species creator. My preferred is to simply state in the descriptions, example: "Lyzans belong to Soyu" with a link to one of my pages or simply state one of my usernames @ whatever site the username is on. If the artist fails to do this and I see it, I will contact you to remind them to add it. Similarly, art you draw of the character must also contain this credit.
Additionally, species cannot be made from the design and claimed as your own. You may change them to fit a species of your own or other as long as you also plan to use the original Meredian design as well and keep intact. No profit is to be made off the design being sold other than what was paid including the total price of any art included when selling the character. Characters of unknown species do not need to be credited to me by other artists, only on the original art and me as the designer. The Color scheme of said character can be adapted to creating a character of your own species as long as you *ALWAYS credit me with that original design attached to show that is where it was inspired/pulled from. Any characters created from the design may not be separately sold as a separate character and must be sold together with the original design as the same char (just different AU of it). This prevents excessive profiting.
* FINAL NOTE. selling, trading or gifting of Meredians is permitted, but please simply send me a note, message, pm on one of my sites linking me to the new owner of the character when it passes into new hands. This simply helps me keep track of who owns my designs.
*Additionally, you can always check with me first to see if I'd like to buy the design back. chances are, I might!
