Description 
Toshiko Hebi is a young woman with above average height and patterned 
scales covering her from her hands to shoulders as well as behind her 
neck then down her back, leading to a sizeable tail. She also has very 
snakelike yellow-orange eyes, protruding fangs and a forked
tongue which causes her to have a slight lisp. Her hair is an ashy 
brown wild bedhead with 2 longer pieces of hair coming down next to her ears.

Bio 
Hebi has the ability to constrict others with her powerful arms and tail. 
She has had difficulty honing this skill, making it harder than it already is 
to understand and balance her powers. It's a very strong power to have, one 
could easily kill someone with it, as she's nearly done a couple of times before. 
She was discouraged from using it and often made fun of or chastised for it, being
called dumb or even evil. Because of this, on top of her strange antics, she has grown 
bitter to pretty much everyone. You would never know this, as she maintains a nonchalant 
and friendly facade towards everyone. She's pretty sly and dishonest, but will also choose 
what is worth lying about or not, and incidentally, can tell if someone else is lying as well. 
She analyzes everyone's personality and will do this to determine how she can manipulate 
them in whichever way for her benefit. Her trust for the vast majority of those around her has 
been squandered, so her main philosophy has twisted into something of a revenge tactic.



Other facts 
-She prefers the heat as her blood is a bit cold, and usually wears sweaters and hoodies regardless of the weather. (Edgy)
-She'll use her fangs and her jaw that unhinges to freak certain people out by biting them in a large area. This also doubles as
a sort of hook for her to bring them in to constrict them.
-Instead of fingernails, she has short, tiny claws at the end of her fingers.
-Card games are her favorite.
