Clear and Rosa stomps on Rose Quartz who's just giving a birth. Because all of stress and ruckus, Rose's form glitches and returns to Pink Diamond's just before she becomes part of her child. Suddenly there's bright light and after it's gone, there's newborn baby boy instead Rose Quartz/Pink Diamond. Boy has Rose's gemstone back as Pink's.
