✦ I retain rights to my original artwork and designs.
✦ Purchasing, trading for, or being gifted one of my designs gives you the right to use my artwork and design. This right is revoked if you block me on any platform on which I publicly post art (currently infinity @ toyhou.se, itinerare @ dA.) I may also revoke this right at any point at my own discretion, upon which you must remove my artwork from anywhere it is posted.
✦ Purchased designs may be resold at maximum for their original price, or for their original price plus the value of any additional art -OR- if a design is part of a closed species with rules regarding resale, comply with the stricter of the two rules (i.e. only reselling for the original price if that is the maximum the species' rules allow).
✦ Traded designs may only be traded for, and gifted designs may only be regifted.
