Design Terms of Use
> You are free to edit the designs as much as you want, change species, choose gender, sex, personality, etc.
> > Closed species are beholden to their species ToS, which often restricts design changes. My species ToS can be found in their respective worlds if I fail to copy it into the custom ToS of a design.
> You may not claim credit for the original design, but it's not necessary to credit me every time.
> You may not edit the original artwork made by me, Xayazia.
> Any artwork made by me, Xayazia, must be watermarked for the public.
> Noncommercial uses only.
> Any design marked as resellable is able to be resold at any price within the following rules:
> > There is extra art and not just my base design, I will list the price which I sold the design in the transaction history
> > The seller is not purposely price gouging or flipping. To deal with price gouging:
> > I hold the right to place price caps on designs I have made at any time even if I am not the current owner.
