Queen Sauna

My Thought Process: While working on the Obscure Character Month, I came across Queen Sauna from Sonic Underground. She only appeared as a statue in the show, with the implications that she may have died. Her people mistook Sonia as Sauna due to how similar they are. And the closest we get to see Sauna is when Sonia wears an outfit of Sauna's that's strikingly similar to the one depicted in the statue. And her people often spoke highly of her, so Sauna seems to be on the good side. 

I merely kept the dress color and used a color slider on Sonia's fur and muzzle color. The blue color really helps emphasize the ice motif. So there we go.

I do plan on redesigning her slightly to make her a little less like Sonia. But only a bit to the point that you could see people mistake the two.

Royalty - She is the ruler of the Frozen area, where she helps her people survive in the harsh conditions. She does whatever it takes to make her people safe

Powers: 

Thermokinesis (Temperature Manipulation) or Atmokinesis (Weather Manipulation) - In the show, the penguins mentioned a book about a prophecy. That Sauna's return can, "bring a time of warmth and happiness to the frozen north." That means she may have some ability to manipulate the temperature. She can make things warm or make things hot.
