APOTHEOSEITY Global Rules
By owning a character design from me, you agree to:
- Not claim the design as your own.
- Not resell for more than bought for, unless it comes with extra art.
- NEVER use the design for anything unsavory/immoral (racist, homophobic, zoophilic etc. art).
- ASK before using my designs for commercial work (The answer will likely be yes but depending on the project I may ask for a flat, one-time fee!)
- NEVER delete my designs off of Toyhou.se
Otherwise, you can do anything. I can't stop you. If you do not like me, or I have you blocked, please don't seek out my designs even if it's not 'technically' against my TOS. It's just weird!
