Eliza Cartwright

Eliza Cartwright was a member of the Red Spire, a magical supremacist organisation that believed mages should rule the world. She was a deputy of the Spire's leader, Julius Storm. She was killed in the Spire's failed coup d'état against the English Council of Magi.

Arthur Yewbreak had a very low opinion of Eliza. He described her as an "arrogant, pretentious bitch" who threw her authority in people's faces and made plans with no regard for the safety of the Spire's members. He also believed her to be homophobic.
