DESIGN TOS
-Once you claim a character for free by me, you are given a 24hr cooldown. If you claim another design within a day after your cooldown ended, your cooldown time doubles. The cooldown begins the moment the character is transferred to you. Example: Joe claims a character of mine. He waits a day and a half before claiming another design. His cooldown is now 2 days.

-Before trading/giving away my characters, you must wait 30 days. This does include putting them back up as freebies. If you sell/trade/etc one of my free designs given to you, you must add artwork. The original design is worth nothing until you add artwork.

-TAT must be less than 6 months. If you do not complete artwork for me, I will contact you first. If a reasonable excuse is given (don't just say you've been busy, please tell me why you've been busy, no need to be too detailed), I will happily extend the TAT. If a fake excuse/ no contact is given, you will not get the design and you will be blacklisted and blocked.

-NO HOARDING. my deal is this. If you have 10+ pages of characters, you must have 15+ pages of art. Yes, this is strict I know, but this rule is only in play for people with more than 10 pages, as at least to me, that seems like a lot. I use the default character per page settings. The amount of art pages you need will increase if you have more pages of characters (example: 16 chp(character pages) = 21+ art pages) this includes non- freebies!! If your account is empty (less than 5 characters) you will also not be given my characters!

-Please don’t hide my characters! If you HAVE to, give authorization To me.
