Notes: Kaiyō lives on one of the many islands in Japan, they often make shapes in the sky with their water manipulation abilities, but don't have as much control the wish. Water follows behind them in clumps, they have the most control over those ones. Sometimes they like going on the beach and collect pretty shells and rocks that washed up on the shore!
