Yvette

Yvette is the second in command to Vega's Orion Squad, a team of bounty hunters.

Yvette's past isn't spoken of, though her mildly faded accent hints she is from the Ussurian homeworld. She is an advocator of looking towards the future and striving for improvement, thus doesn't concern herself with the past lives of others. only what they are doing and how they are acting now.  Her adamant dismissal of past lives doesn't prevent others from being curious about the several scars she has on her toned body, but she always gets a bit distant and quickly changes the subject when confronted about it.

Yvette is a people pleaser but also knows when she needs to be stringent. Both of these things were appealing to Vega, who likes to be doted on, but also appreciates someone that can be tough, so Yvette was the perfect choice to be her vice-captain. She is a greater Felidae, specifically an Ussurian. She has a particular expertise when it comes to observance. She manages to find out everything that is going on based on observance and reactions, making it impossible to hide anything from her. She is the only one that knows the truth about Vega's frequent outings, though Vega herself certainly didn't tell her, and she certainly doesn't disclose any secretive information to anyone else. She is glad to let personal secrets die with her. She does however, disagree with Vega's black market dealings, and tries to prevent them whenever possible, however she will put the safety of their crew above that if need be.

What Vega doesn't know, is that Yvette spends a significant amount her time doting on the other girls in the crew, making sure they're doing well and taken care of, helping with and listening to a lot of their problems and making sure they don't get in trouble with Vega. Sometimes even covering situations up and taking the blame. Yvette is excellent at playing the dumb sweetheart when it comes to Vega, protecting her from ever getting in too much trouble. Yvette is the crew mother, and the true reason the other girls don't just disappear, or if they do, they are never caught. She has the rare ability to heal others, complimenting her motherly personality. All of this also extends to others in need, and this becomes particularly evident when she ends up taking in a rather alien-looking woman in need of help. Yvette knows better than anyone that she would need to keep Ignitu out of Vega's sight, less Vega recognize a perfect opportunity to sell off the dragoness to the black market for a pretty penny.
