GENERAL DESIGN/ADOPTABLE TOS FOR MY DESIGNS

1. You may change hair, eye color. body type, gender, add tattoos/scars.piercings/etc, and you may simplify markings if they are too difficult for you to draw. Other changes are possible but if you're uncertain about a change you can ask me! The design must be recognizable as the one I sold you.

2. You MAY resell for higher value than you paid for but ONLY if there is new content (Example: you must have added new art that will be included in the sale)

3. You may not claim to be the creator of the design or remove my creator credits, only the owner of the character. You must credit me as the creator of the design

4. Do not make Closed Species or even Open Species out of my designs

GENERAL BLACKLIST

These people are not allowed to acquire ANY of my designs. If you sell/trade/gift my designs to them or co-own with them, you will also be blacklisted 

Dragoninstall/Mangoleaf/Ghostking/Any of their other accounts/alternate usernames- Falsely labeling a Dalir as something other than a Dalir and then selling it under the incorrect label/Slander/libel, read about it below

CLOSED SPECIES DESIGN/ADOPTABLE TOS FOR MY CLOSED SPECIES

My Closed Species: DALIR/AL'QUI

1. You may change hair, eye color. body type, gender, add tattoos/scars.piercings/etc, and you may simplify markings if they are too difficult for you to draw. Other changes are possible but if you're uncertain about a change you can ask me! The design must be recognizable as the one I sold you.

2. You MAY resell for higher value than you paid for but ONLY if there is new content (Example: you must have added new art that will be included in the sale).

3. When you resell my CS, please inform me who the new owner is! Some of my CS have servers I want to invite owners to! At the very least, let them know there is a server and that they can reach out to me for an invite! I use the servers to update lore!

4. You may not claim to be the creator of the design or species or remove my creator credits, only the owner of the character. You must credit me as the creator of the design/species

5. You may not breed any of my closed species. Any CS offspring (hybrids or otherwise) need to be made through me since you are essentially making one of my closed species.

6. You cannot give your closed species character traits or abilities that are not within the capabilities of the species type. 

7. My CS designs cannot be removed from the species, so if you adopt a design from me that is part of my CS and you don't want it to be, you can contact me about alternative options, but the design cannot be removed from the species

8. All original Dalir/Al'Qui files come with a watermark that is not allowed to be removed since there have been issues with people falsely representing the species/attempting to remove the designs from the species and then selling them while they are misrepresented

9. Be aware of and honor the blacklist
