Observational notes (Fall 8161)

Four months after arrival to Arcturus

Rhapsody seems to be a very outgoing and affectionate fellow. He is quite fond of just talking about whatever happens to be running across his mind and will often jump from topic to topic in rapid succession. But if you wish to say something he immedietly seems to quiet down and listen. This appears to happen no matter no matter the situation, which means he soaks in a LOT of information passively because he pays close attention to what is said. This has led to some... ineresting, developments around the house as she slowly picks through peoples likes and dislikes based on idle conversation. One wonders if this is a skill his people have or if it is because of his previous role as a Prince trying to keep his people happy.

After his arrival and instantaneus attachment to Maili (And subsequently the rest of the house) I noticed that the amount of fornication going on had greatly increased around Rhapsody. I thought it was simply because he was cute, or perhaps a secondary Aether effect. But after taking some samples I discovered Rhapsody passively releases a breeding pheremone that affects most people around him (but not animals. Research pending on why). It is actually so potent that you need only be around him for a few minutes (give or take body size) to feel its affects. After about a few days I managed to create some nanites to Suppress it. Regretfully he actually produces such a high quantity that after some days of me forgetting to check up on it he 'exploded' across the house into what one can only describe as a 'sex bomb.' That was an interesting day.

Addendum: I was stressed out working last month and so Rhapsody figured out how to... hack into my nanites (?) and put them under his control. He has managed to get them to concentrate it into a liquid and quote "Jokingly made it into a perfume that [he] now sell(s)." When I asked why he said so I wouldnt have to worry about it and could focus on other tasks. One wonders what he could be capable of if he wished to research things similar to myself.

After some months of him buzzing around I seem to have determined that either he or his people posses and affinity to Gravity Aether. Which allows him to both ignore gravity and somehow breath in space. Oddly this came about from breakfast one day and Ziik just asked about his trip here (which somehow... escaped me) and we found out at one point he was jettisoned into space from pirates attacking his ship. After about 5 minutes (based on Clockworks estimate) Rhapsody woke up from passing out of fear and realized he could just... function normally.

I should really just ask the obvious questions more but it somehow escapes me.
