Echo grew up in a household filled with conflict and constant fighting. Her relationship with her mother was toxic and emotionally damaging. Home never felt safe, comfortable, or supportive. Arguments were frequent, and Echo learned early on that relying on others usually led to disappointment. She never felt understood, never felt like her mental health struggles where considered valid. The moment she was legally able to move out, she did. Living alone wasn't easy, but for the first time in her life she felt free. She started streaming as a hobby while spending most nights online anyway due to her insomnia. What began as a way to escape eventually became a career. Years later, she now makes a living doing what she loves: gaming, chatting with her community, and staying awake at ungodly hours without anyone telling her she wasn't good enough the way she was. Ironically, despite building an audience of thousands, she still feels lonely sometimes. All of this changed when her best friend Opal came into her life. Her polar opposite, she was everything echo needed and didn't even know it. Opal helped her feel safe in her differences, helped her overcome some of her heartships, and helped her experience life in ways she never would without a push. This eventually led to her meeting the love of her life and her equal in everyway, Mattie. He could handle her bratty, dark humor personality when other people got tired of her shit quickly. Being with her romantically wasn't easy, but he always says he'd never have it any other way.
