Benny and Bubbles are one of the 4 disciples of Tornado. They were orphans and strays who used to steal for food on the streets of a town in Mars. Tornado took them in and taught to aim for bigger loot, they became a very quick a dangerous duo. When he was emprisoned, he relayed orders to his disciples to free him from the "7 Walls" prison which is the biggest and most secured prison in the galaxy however these two didn't care at all and only focus on stealing and robbing banks for fun.
