Whispy is a demon who's hair is full of spirits. She is a former spirit collecting demon, and became employed to the Sanguine circus for the opportunity of travel and tea. Due to her skills and love for tea, she became owner of the Tea House at the circus, and helps to maintain spiritual relations and the 'Permanent Residence' program.

She's friendly, likes to try and act professional, and is happy with being kept company by the spirits that live in her hair. They are very protective of her, and can be very intimidating if they feel they need to scare someone off. She greatly enjoys having tea parties with the spirits in her hair, and with any living guests that would like to join her. She has a passion for good tea and collecting tea sets of all sorts.
