Gazette

Gazette is a little moth. She has no mouth, and sustains herself on the content of her own body. She isn't hostile to the Player Character, but can be something of a nuisance. As you progress through the house, you collect many many notes. Not all of them are germane to the story and ultimately it's up to you to decide what's worth keeping and what you have to throw  away.

Gazette's "level" is very brief, but you have to pass through it often. She likes to crowd you, and is very persistent. If she touches you, EVERY document disappears from your  inventory. Presumably they end up being extra padding for her little coat. So unless you memorize them, you have to go back to previous  areas and pick them up again.
