Capable in hero business, but inept in most social situations - Burns is a guy obsessed with fighting, constantly seeking ways to grow stronger in the hopes it will help him in his quest for truth.

When not attending to his apostle duties, he comes across as is a chill, albeit serious guy. With the right friends he can get pretty goofy, fun, and has a sarcastic edge. But by himself he tends to act a lot more grim and serious, often sporting a tired, aggressive-looking expression. He has snark which, when combined with his rather severe gaze, can often be misinterpreted as rudeness. But in actuality he never means any offense.

Dragon Scale

Passive Form - By honing the body of a dragon, Burns minimizes damage and pain to allow his will to fight, to never waver. It's mostly used to continuously repair his body from damages and keeps it stuck together, though it does NOT heal him. He retains all wounds but his body basically forces the wounds shut in order for him to continue fighting at full strength until the last drop of blood.

Active Form - Pumps a lot of fire into his fist and the body holds all that thermal energy in him and after charging all that power the scales on his fist glow and he throws a strong punch (or kick), turning the thermal energy to kinetic. Alternatively he can hold all that firepower into a singular powered up blast of firepower.

Fox Sense

Passive Form - Burns gains hyper awareness of his surroundings like a fox. Gets a sense of every movement on his immediate proximity like a sixth sense.

Active Form - Burns uses the blue fire of spirits to dash in a straight line. By connecting to a spirit that moves much faster he is able to obtain this flashy speed. It's easier to do in small bursts than a full sprint of running so he mostly uses various bursts in succession.

Phoenix Control

Passive Form - Burns is able to focus his scattered mind on a single objective. Reaching that calm state where nothing can distract him anymore from his objective. Djin also shares his mind and can take him out from his focus if an emergency needs him to.

Active Form - Burns is able to focus an area and “target lock on” to it. So he can shoot flames from that area, precision his aiming locked on it, transfer his magic on that area/object, or basically be used in combination with other powers for better effect.
