• sometimes forgets personal space boundaries (she just wants to be friendly and sometimes forgets that not everyone likes getting a hug or being pat on the shoulder, but she will immediately give space if you point it out to her and tries to remember not to do it again.)

*Most of her choices are because she likes the places hobby wise than actually playing turf there

*She doesn’t really hate Blackbelly when there are no snipers that’s when they like it.

*Aoi actually likes octarians and want to befriend them

*Aoi hates the “disaster squad" (not official name... probably) they really like to pick on her for being a bubbly, over happy squid that wants to befriend everyone. (they have actually hurt her physically once or twice :'0 )

Extra Info:

• She is pretty chill when it comes to rank, doesn’t get salty there unlike her 2 friends (Luna and Chardonnay)
• She is actually pretty capable of playing rank and would potentially be an S+ rank player in all modes, but she is only in C+/B- because of her bad luck with team mates, however she is actually in S+ in splatzones. (She doesn’t squad with Luna or Chardonnay because those 2 become really scary competitive and Aoi plays rank for fun and likes that C/B rank is pretty chill)
•  Although fine with rank they will get exhausted/tired and look like they're not happy but in reality they always have fun (they just doesn’t look like it after they are done playing.)
•  Aoi loves squid partying a LOT. She joins turf to play seriously, but if even just 1 squid starts to flop about she will join in, own team or enemy doesn’t matter.
•  1 ½  years after she met Cole she was persuaded by him to try using a sniper, and despite hating snipers she gave it a chance and 6 months later she became a decent sniper (Chardonnay was ecstatic to find out Aoi learned how to use a sniper. Because Aoi always refused her when she offered to help teach her)
•  After Cole taught Aoi to use a sniper Aoi, Cole and Chardonnay have frequent 1-1 battles to practice their aim (although Aoi always loses, but she has fun and learns new tricks from it.)
•  She never admits it but she actually developed a crush on Cole as soon as she met him, after one conversation together, despite not really believing in love at first sight.
•  She would often give Cole gifts small things like new (1star) gear or big gifts,like half her prize earning of snails after each splatfest whether she won or lost. (until Cole started participating in splatfest too)
•  Aoi is interested in all octarians and wishes that inklings and octarians would get along one day and she wants to make that a change in the world. (this was before the octo expansion happened.)
•  listens to Dj Octavio’s music.
• Really likes the band; turquoise October, Dedf1sh, Diss-pair, SashiMori, Squid squad, Grave Wave (oc band)
•  Prefers Marie over Callie but loves both Pearl and Marina equally.
• Aoi likes to doodle a lot, they're not the best artist but she ok. (Cole loves all her drawings and is always proud of her)
• THE SQUID WANTS TO SWIM IN THE WATER. : O
• She loves the rain (obviously she can't stand in it) , She likes the sound of it.
• When Salmon run became a thing squids could do, it became the mode she would always play, she and Cole will spam work at Grizz co. (Luna and Chardonnay join them occasionally, sometimes Hal would join in reluctantly(because he doesn't like Cole))
• Aoi is rolling in the money due to the salmon run shifts.
• While working shifts she meets Gale, A squid who doesn’t play turf war or rank he just does salmon run.  He becomes good friends with Aoi and they work most shifts together even if Aoi is planning on solo queuing he is normally there to join her.
• Aoi secretly visits Octo-valley/Octo-Canyon without anyone knowing, she is aware of the potential dangers but still wants to go so that she can bring baked cakes to the octarians.
• Would date all octolings
• Dating Cole (I want to ship her with Cherry too ;v; )
• They miss the kraken and although old specials are banned Aoi, Cole, Luna, and Chardonnay will have private turf wars together 2v2 with them.
• Aoi favourite specials are; Kraken, bubbler, all types of bomb rushes (Especially burst bombs), ink jet, Bubbles, Ultra stamp, and Tenta missiles. 
• She likes the ink storm special but she can't really use any weapons that have it very well.
• She and Cole started dating Cherry around Retro v Modern splatfest.
• They are a mum to Troy who was born some point after Chaos v Order Splatfest

-She introduces Cherry to her team and spoke about how close friends they were.
-Cherry would occasionally tell her stories about when she and Cole dated when Cole wasn't around. Aoi knew Cole had a girlfriend before but never knew it was Cherry.
-Around the time of Retro vs Modern splatfest she accidentally admits she still likes Cole and then just admits she has a crush on Aoi.

-Aoi and Cole had a chat about Cole's past relationship with Cherry and that he did still have feelings for her, he did love her but he really couldn't stay in octo Valley. He really did miss her.
-Aoi hugged him and suggested they could all be happy together.
-Aoi was worried about Cherry's disappearance but happy when she ended up in a rank match with her.
-Aoi suggested they could all date ("I have 2 hands and a lotta love to give. Also, I've been talking to Cole and like you, Cole missed you as well"-Aoi
