Oliver is the son of Police Captain Dalamar. His mom is super protective of him, especially after a bad car accident orchestrated by criminals targeting her cost Oliver part of his leg. He’s still very bright and friendly and has a strong sense of justice. He always tries to do the right thing and help others the best he can.
