Xingfu is very mischievous and enjoys playing tricks on people, however at the same time he is very absentminded and tends to forget many things. He shows his emotions like an open book, but finds it very hard to trust.

Backstory
Xingfu lived with his parents, a small hatchling with the powers of the sea. He was taught many things about how to survive and hints of how to control his power over water. He also became acquainted with Ying, an elder dragon with scales lining their skin, glistening with old age. Xing noted they were a being of immense respect and age with how his parents acted not knowing he would loathe their existence in the future. At the age of 50 years, his sister Kui Lan was born. Their parents leaving her under his care as they left knowing that it was not under their jurisdiction to take care of Kui as the next guardian making sure that Xingfu knew his place in her life and handing the two children crystal amulets in their wake. Xing handling them with care and safely hiding them until the day he would need them again.  Life was peaceful within the forest they were left. Xing taking care of his little sister as planned and making sure she would only hold happy memories of their time together, even if he had the knowledge that she would forget him buried deep in the back of his mind. Kui was 100 years old when she had to leave, Xingfu leaving her with one of the amulets their parents left.

He hoped it would remind her later in life about him, about everything they had been through. Xing passing the young girls life and protection to the elderly dragon Ying through baited breath. He was only 150 years old at the time. Xing then decided to set on his own journey. The young dragon coming across a human settlement he thought it'd be fun to play some tricks, his horns hadn't settled in at the time only small nubs hidden underneath his mess of dark blue locks and tail cloaked by the long garment he wore. Xing integrated himself into the crowd mixing around within there. The leader of this clan took notice of him with his odd hair, thinking he was a child lost from another clan he was taken in. Adopting the clan name Hua, Xing accepted this as fate. Their settlement was near her forest, he could keep watch from afar. The Hua clan were masters of illusion magic that Xing fit in quite fast nobody every thinking that his horns or tail were strange as they grew. However Xing needed much more water than anyone else in the clan that he had made himself a secret pond underneath his tent so that he could still hide his true identity to the rest of the humans. Xing becoming one of the best illusionists in the clan due to his magical aptitude he had the respect of the clan. However people only lasted so long, he watched them grow old much faster compared to his ageing speed.

The clan started to notice he was different. The children that knew him from when he was initially adopted had grown to adults, he still looked nearly the same as how they first met him. Xing panicked at this fact, and tried to bring about reasons for it jokingly saying that he had been using illusions to keep his youthful being for so many years. Xing having to do just as he said in order to pretend he was just as human as everyone else. He knew he couldn't keep this act up forever and begun to make preparations to leave. There was no reason to stay any longer and tire himself out. Xing promised the clan the clan that he would come back when he felt it was time, metaphorically being the age that he would die as a human. He was 180 years old. Xingfu then proceeded to backtrack, heading back to the home that he and Kui lived in as children. His eyes looking on at the vines and nature that took back what was originally theirs, Xing weaved his way in. Everything was just as he had left it. His hand retrieving back the amulet which he had left in the protection of their grotto, Xing thought it was about time to see how Kui was doing.

He knew where Ying lived, he had been there as a child with his parents. The large tree house remodelled, Xing could already feel a different presence about the whole forest from this one place. His eyes looking at the construction it was all so, familiar. A voice ringing out he saw her, Kui Lan in the flesh looking right at him. He thought she could remember, would remember but being met with a "who are you?" Xing was heartbroken. Holding the best smile he could muster despite the sadness in his heart and mind he greeted her, asking about Ying and if he could pay a visit to them. Kui obliged and lead him to the shrine which she had made for the now deceased elder. Xing's anger now held to the previous guardian for letting his sister have to go through it and himself for not being able to be a stronger presence in her life to be remembered. He cursed it all, the culture of their species and the ways which everything was made to design. Through clenched teeth he said his thanks, and parted ways. He had no other reason to be there.

Full of nothing but regret, anger and frustrations after his encounter it took him over, his emotions fueling his powers that it started to become unstable. At a point he had lost control. Blue flames and water rising beginning to flood the forests Ying & Kui were designed to protect. His horns grew larger and his pupils becoming darkened he ravaged the forests only to be met again with Kui looking at him with a sad glint in her eyes as she fought him. In the end getting subdued by his now unfamiliar sister and sealed to the bottom of the large lake which sat kilometres away from the guardians home.

A few years passed like that until the great fire caught to the forest, causing many to flee and thus also breaking his seal as Kui who was refreshing his seal every so often also left to survive. He awoke amidst the flames coming out from the lake only to be met by flaming branches falling right above him as he used what power he had left from being sealed so long to try and deflect them, only for it to fall on his tail leaving a burn and causing him to dash back to the lake he was sealed in, waiting for the flames to pass.

Not long after it seemed as though it had died down, he left. Free from the seal he had time to recover, the human clan he stayed with was probably gone by now, moved onto new things. Amulet bound to his belt and clothes left in the underground grotto he had lived in, it was time to go.
