Karano

　Elegant and passionate, wild and free, cold and dangerous—there are many words to describe the ever-immaculate High Judge of the Court of Black Feathers. The night walker known as Karano passes swift judgement upon any who violate the strict and esoteric code she has sworn to uphold. She sees herself as a partner and equal to the city's infamous underground queen, Madame Caw, though she would never bother to challenge her title. After all, even royalty is not above true justice.

　The small and bright-eyed duskfolk known as Ivion is a common sight by Karano's side. Another, by the name of Katya, is seen now and then from the windows of her abode. The connections shared between Karano and these young ladies are shrouded in rumours, and questions that are likely not to get an answer.
