*Kindred of the Crucible is more of a title; real name unknown. He responds to simply "Kindred".
Kindred is a bodyguard-turned-soldier from when war ravaged the lands. He refused the initial call to hibernate in favor of spreading the word and fighting small skirmishes on his way. He hibernated late, once he felt he had done all he could, and was lost to time. He was roused from his slumber when finally discovered--nearly half a century after other kebanzus woke. Disoriented, his paws retraced his steps to the nearest refugee settlement only to discover brightly lit structures standing in place of the ruins. He is still struggling to adjust.
Kindred's arm is a reminder of his life before the peace, and he feels that it's the only thing grounding him to his identity. He refuses to upgrade to something more modern.
Despite this, he can be drawn without the arm entirely, or with some other simple temporary prosthetic.
