Cannot be transferred for any reason.
Design Terms of Use
Eclipse_A Global Rules
1. Do not claim the design as your own creation. Credit for the original design must always go to me (creator/designer).
2. You may not resell for more than you purchased unless additional art has been added. If a Character/Design is tradelocked back to me, you have no right to sell them to anyone but me. (CURRENT TRADELOCKED DESIGNS: SteelBellow/Pola)
3. If purchased, you may make small edits or redesigns (such as markings, colors, accessories, etc.) as long as the design remains recognizable and I am credited as the original designer.
4. Do not copy, heavily reference, or replicate my designs or concepts for your own or others’ use.
5. My designs may not be used for hateful, NSFW involving minors, or discriminatory content under any circumstances.
6. Transfers and trades are allowed unless otherwise stated in the character’s profile or sale listing.
7. Commercial use (merch, profit, etc.) is not allowed without my written permission.
8. Trades from now on (09/05/25) involving my designs are NOT allowed to be traded these users: sacarecrow/saphisemo, rozzany, reyniday, and crypt1dvan1shed. If I find out a design of mine was given to them, I have every right to take them back, and they will not recieve a refund.
9. If the character changes ownership, these terms carry over to the new owner automatically.
